5 Door Recovery is a program Catholic Charities.
Being affiliated with Catholic Charities enables us to provide affordable residential alcohol and drug addiction treatment. 5 Door Recovery helps adult men and women age 18+ regardless of sexual orientation, religious, ethnic, racial or social background. You do not have to be a resident of Wisconsin to receive treatment.

If they leave the residence on a pass, they are tested when they return. |

- Insurance – DeanHealth, Group Health Cooperative of Southern Wisconsin, BadgerCare/ForwardHealth/Medicaid
